Refund Policy
Warranty:
We’ve gone to great lengths in the design and testing process to ensure that Litho is as robust and reliable as possible so it works like a dream. If it doesn’t and it’s our fault, we’ll make it right any time within 12 months of purchase. Drop us an email on support@Litho.cc telling us what’s gone wrong and we’ll help to get it fixed or replaced. We will just have to take a look at it first to make sure you haven’t taken it scuba diving or fed it to your dog etc.
Returns:
As per our 28 day trial period promise, we’ll gladly process a refund for any Litho sent back to us within 28 days of purchase.
How to return your Litho:
1) Inform us by emailing support@Litho.cc quoting your order number and let us know why you want to return your Litho
2) We’ll give you a Return Authorisation (RA) number
3) Use your Return Authorisation number to complete the returns form. Please note that if a Litho product is returned for any reason other than repair under warranty, the customer is responsible for all postage charges to return it.
Refunds:
Refunds may take up to 28 days to be processed and can only be issued to the original card with which the purchase was made. Refunds will be for the original amount paid in British Pounds – we can’t take into account local currency fluctuations. We’re afraid we can’t cover the cost of return shipping or any additional international duties or levies incurred.
